Gentle Yoga For All
Gentle Yoga For All allows you to reconnect to your body and breathe and move into postures gently but will still allow you to increase your strength and flexibility. The class will be taught at a pace that provides an opportunity to notice your breath and any subtle differences between postures held on the right side of the body vs left. Join us at the Community Hub 18a Orford road, E17 9LN every Wednesday from 3:15pm - 4:15pm.
